Welcome to Frost Bots. By accessing our website, joining our Discord server, or using our bot services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Frost Bots provides free, automated lobby creation, win trading, and XP farming services for Fortnite using FNLB infrastructure. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any commercial purposes or to sell in-game items/accounts.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the FNLB infrastructure.
• Spam or abuse the bot commands, leading to server instability.
• Use the Service if you are under the age of 13.

3. Account Safety & Disclaimer

While we utilize advanced anti-detection methods, humanized bot behavior, and rotating hardware IDs (with 0 detections since launch), you acknowledge that using third-party automation tools always carries an inherent risk. You use Frost Bots at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Epic Games against your account.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior toward the community or the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
