Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Frost Bots ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

Discord Data: When you log in via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We use this to assign a role in our Discord server.
FNLB Data: When you log in via FNLB, we receive your FNLB user ID and linked Discord ID for role assignment.
No Sensitive Data: We never collect or store passwords, email addresses, payment information, or personal messages.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used exclusively to verify your identity, assign your Discord role, and grant access to bot commands. We do not sell, share, or publish your data.

3. Data Retention

We do not persistently store OAuth2 tokens or user profiles. All data is ephemeral and processed in-memory during the verification flow.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Discord and FNLB APIs for authentication. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
